As another year draws to a close Pilgrim Payne can look back and reflect on another year of improvement and progress. Building on past successes allows us to consistently improve our service delivery to our customers. However, maintaining our position as the benchmark provider of soft furnishing cleaning services meets with challenges and opportunities with the expectations of our discerning clientele.
It was with a sense of satisfaction that we have moved in the right direction yet again when we learned that we had been awarded the twin accolades of “Best Upholstery Cleaning Specialist – South East England” and the “Excellence Award for Fine Carpet Cleaning Services” in the latest Facilities Management Awards. We were proud winners of another category last year.
This comes to us as recognition of all the hard work that our staff put into their jobs and also demonstrates our trade leading position in our field. For us there is an enjoyment of getting the job done and having a delighted customer at the end of each job. But gaining external validation of our achievements is an extra filip that confirms our belief in quality and service excellence.
2017 has been a busy and rewarding year and we have gained a strong growth in new curtain making and upholstery works. Clients have included London Embassies, Stately Homes and celebrities as well as a multitude of private, residential customers who have required replacement or provision of new window dressings and furniture.
